Shipping Policy

The Fulfillment Process

  1. You pay your order
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email.
  3. Processing time is one business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  4.  After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
  5. You will receive an order fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be within this email.
  6. Your package is shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days in the US) (6-10 business days for international orders).

Lost/Stolen Package

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS or UPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS or UPS post office.

Refunds / Returns / Cancellations


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, no refunds will be issued.
